There are two ways to click: with a tap gesture or using physical click buttons. 

To left-click just lightly tap a key without pressing it. Right-click - tap with two fingers (same gesture as on the touchpad). To make a selection you do two single taps and move the finger.  

Click buttons are located under the spacebar and are very easy to use. Just press the left click button for a left-click and the right for a right-click.
