Clevetura 1/Clevetura 1 for Mac/Clevetura S/Clevetura S for Mac require the TouchOnKeys® app installed for proper operation on macOS. For correct app operation, macOS 14 or later is required.

TouchOnKeys® app works over Bluetooth; however, for Bluetooth support, a keyboard’s firmware version 6.2.1 or later is required.

For a firmware update, a USB connection is required. Please connect the keyboard via USB cable and enable the USB channel by briefly pressing the “USB” key (located to the left of the BT1/BT2/BT3 channel keys).

Please download, install, and run the TouchOnKeys® app, then press the “Install Driver” button. There should be a pop-up window prompting to open system settings, press “Open System Settings”, and enable the driver.

If there is no pop-up prompting to open system settings, or if you clicked on “Ok” instead of “Open System Settings”:

1) Please go to System Settings.
2) Go to General
3) Go to Login Items & Extensions section.
4) Go to Driver Extensions and click on the “info” icon.
5) Switch the TouchOnKeys driver ON.
6) Enter your password.

If you are using macOS 26 Tahoe, you might need to choose the “Sort by Category” option to locate the Driver Extensions section.

Please note that for the driver to install correctly, the TouchOnKeys app should be copied/dragged to the Applications folder (not just launched by double-clicking), and you need to have access to the Driver Extensions section in Login Items & Extensions, where you can enable it.

If you’re using a corporate device, there might be security restrictions on your company’s side, and most likely, you won’t be able to install the driver.

Please get in touch with your IT department and ask them to grant you the necessary permissions so you can install and enable the driver properly.
