WHEN IS CLVX 1 FOR MAC EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE?
Once the production is complete, following final revisions, quality checks, and packaging, the keyboards will be shipped from the production facility to our US warehouse as part of our logistics process. After the keyboards arrive at our warehouse, they will be dispatched to our customers worldwide.
Therefore, at this moment, based on the current production and logistics progress, we anticipate shipping to customers from our US warehouse in July 2025. However, further adjustments may occur depending on the production and shipping pipeline.
SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS, PROCESSING AND HANDLING
We aim to ship US orders within one business day. International orders may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment partner will prepare and pack it, and then hand it off to the shipping carrier. Once the order is processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will get an email with the tracking number.
Delivery timeframe is dependent on the shipping method and carrier and could take 3-5 days within the US, China, and Hong Kong; 7-10 days to Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan; and 7-14 days or longer for other countries. For some regions, delivery might take up to 30 days or longer.
Customers can track their orders using the tracking information provided once their order has been shipped.

Please note that you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the delivery is delayed because of production delays or shipping to the US warehouse delays, we will notify you by email. If the delivery is delayed after dispatching from the US warehouse, the courier service responsible for your delivery will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
