The app can’t find the keyboard

All TouchOnKeys app functionalities work wirelessly.

However, for Bluetooth support, a firmware version 6.2.1 or later is required.

For a firmware update, a USB connection is required. Please connect the keyboard via USB cable and enable the USB channel (shortly press the dedicated [USB] key).
