The touch functionality doesn’t work

Please check if the [Type Only] button is pressed, whether the AI learning mode is on (press the [AI] key shortly to pause it), or go to the System Settings and make sure that Touchpad is enabled.

On macOS: the TouchOnKeys app must be installed for the CLVX devices to operate correctly.

For the driver (integrated into the apps installer) to install correctly, you need to have access to the Driver Extensions section in Login Items & Extensions, where you can enable it.

If you’re using a corporate device, is most likely you’ll be unable to install the driver.

Unfortunately, if there are security restrictions on your company’s side, there isn’t much we can do.

I’d recommend contacting your IT department and asking them to grant you the necessary permissions so you can install and enable the driver properly.
