Please turn the keyboard off using the power switch and then turn it back on, making sure there are no fingers on the touch area until the starting animation ends.
The touch sensor recalibrates every time you turn the keyboard off/on. If fingers were placed on the surface during this process, the calibration might have been performed incorrectly.
